Regional Capital Group, (RCG) a national real estate
lending and investment company, announced the launch of
a new investment division, Regional Capital Investments.
Regional Capital Investment (RCI) will serve as a
partner and buyer of commercial and residential
properties and projects and will consider land for
development and reposition opportunities.
RCI utilizes RCG’s decades of expertise in the real
estate and investment industries to discover new
opportunities in varied markets. This ability to analyze
local market or sub-market conditions combined with the
knowledge and experience in obtaining entitlements and
development costing provides RCI with truly accurate
decision based models.
